Board of Directors

Tracy Jokinen has served on our Board since November 2022. She has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience across various global industries, where she focused on accelerating growth in her role as Chief Financial Officer for both public and private companies. Most recently, Ms. Jokinen was Chief Financial Officer of Vyaire Medical, Inc., a large medical device company from March 2020 to her retirement in January 2022. She previously held the Chief Financial Officer role at Acelity Inc. from June 2017 until its acquisition by 3M (NYSE: MMM), a global manufacturer of industrial, safety, healthcare and consumer products, in October 2019. She also served as Chief Financial Officer of G&K Services, Inc. (“G&K Services”), a publicly traded company and a provider of uniform rental, facility services, and workplace safety products, which was acquired by Cintas (Nasdaq: CTAS) in 2017, from 2014 to 2017. Prior to joining G&K Services, Ms. Jokinen spent most of her career with Valspar Corporation, a global manufacturing company, serving as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for four years. Ms. Jokinen currently sits on the board of directors at Alamo Group Inc (NYSE: ALG), a leading global manufacturer of high-quality industrial and vegetation management equipment and Vestis Corp (NYSE: VSTS), a leading provider of uniforms and workplace supplies. She holds a BS in Accounting from St. Cloud State University. Because of her financial experience with publicly traded companies, Ms. Jokinen is well qualified to serve on our Board.
